Monitoring the network, analyzing the network information and diagnosing faults is the nature of modern managed service provider operations. However, Streamline managed service providers are able to use exactly the same infrastructure supporting Streamline for UCMS to also execute VPN-less secure remote access so that they can access the control panels of devices, servers, switches and routers. 

Streamline Central's VPN-less secure remote access capability assures that the engineer's access to the network is audited and is controlled to the scope of service that the Streamline OpenToolBox appliance is defined to provide and no more.
